What’s it all about?

I’m on life 8, not in the reincarnation sense, but in the “new direction” sense. There’s always been a family transition that moved me from one phase to another: marriage, child born, divorce, child leaves home, etc. Except for now. A business ended. That’s all. Nothing propelling or compelling me. Just a “what’s next?” This one I have to invent, a somewhat dreadful but also interesting spot to be in. Couldn’t happen at a better time, given the state of the world, right? Well, let’s just see where it goes.
